Adult Update

Our minor football team are playing this Sunday v Kilmacud Crokes away. Big match for the lads and the club, will be big support for the home team, please go along to support the team if you can. Promises to be a great match. Best of luck lads.

Juvenile Update

Huge well done to Cillian Emmet and the Dublin U15 Hurling team. Cillian played at corner back and Dublin soundly defeated Kilkenny 3-19 to 1-09.

Hugely proud of Cillian and his contribution, what an inspiration for the future of hurling in Skerries and Dublin.

U16 Girl’s B team Championship Final

Unfortunately after a very successful season the girls lost to Clontarf B in the Championship Cup Final on Sunday 24th October. The final score did not reflect the performance and commitment of this team as they played their hearts out. It was a very exciting match and the girls were so unlucky when a few soft goals were scored by the opposition. Congratulations to Clontarf on their win. The mentors are very proud of what this squad has achieved this season. Onwards and upwards.

U12 girls

We all say it, ‘Where has the time gone?‘ and our U12 mentors were reminded of that this week. Five years ago they started in U8 go games, last Saturday the U12 girls played their last go game out at Ballyboden. And what a finish to! Both teams played their best game, it was an amazing way to end to our go games and we look forward to moving into our competitive games.

Onwards and upwards for our girls, their mentors are so very proud of each and every one of them. Watch this space. There is a lot more to come for this fantastic team.
