Club weekly notes - May 23rd 2021



Congrats to our Inter-County reps who played over the weekend – Lyndsey Davey (Dublin Ladies), Emma Parker (Dublin Camogie) and Jack Smith (Westmeath football), and Bryan Cullen who was part of the Dubs management team v Kerry.

Juvenile Academy continues on Saturdays at 10 a.m. Club Shop open for playing gear on Thursdays from 8 to 9 pm and on Saturdays from 10 to 11 am. We also have a Swop Shop for used playing gear – details on our Facebook page.

Adult football resumes on Sat 12 June with Div.1 and Div. 4 games - behind closed doors. Leagues have been split into North and South regions. Membership extended to 31st May – this covers voting at AGM and All Ireland ticket draw should it apply. Fees can be paid here.

Skerries All-Stars programme started Friday 21 May at 4.30 pm and continues weekly. This activity is for children with additional needs who are unable to or do not wish to participate in mainstream sport. Thanks to all the volunteers who are helping out.

We are delighted with the recent planning permission granted to build a purpose-built gym. Together with the new Skills Wall, it’s an exciting time for the club to see new resources being approved. We hope to start construction shortly. More info here.
